The most common fix (noted below) seems to work best in terms of performance and stability.

Step 1: Select Task Manager from the context menu on the taskbar.

Step 2: Select any Valorant or Riot processes from the Processes tab, select them, and then click the End Process button on the bottom right.

Step 1: Select Apps and Features from the Quick Access menu by pressing Windows key + X.

Step 2: Select Valorant from the list, then click the Uninstall option.
